Terms and conditions of use
Just4Goals.com, (hereinafter Just4Goals ), is an online service for managing different aspects of a business. The present conditions set out the rights and obligations of the user and of Just4Goals as the service provider.
Just4Goals will assume that any user who uses the service has read and accepted the conditions of use, in addition Just4Goals reserves the right to update and modify the Conditions of Use without any prior notice, being these always available at the web address www.just4goals.com.
The present agreement will be valid from the date on which you check the box of acceptance of this agreement that appears at the foot of this document. Any new features that may be added to the Services shall be subject to the Terms of Use. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your agreement to such changes. The most recent version of the Terms of Use will always be available at https://just4goals.com/index.php/terminos-y-condiciones/.
Failure to comply with any of the Terms of Use may result in termination of your account.
1. Account Conditions
You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to access the service.
You must provide a full legal name, an email address, and all the information required by Just4Goals in the account creation process.
It is the user’s responsibility to provide truthful information, and Just4Goals reserves the right to delete any account if it is suspected of being untruthful or may violate any of Just4Goals’ rules of use.
The user is responsible for maintaining the privacy of his or her account. Just4Goals shall not be liable for any damage or loss that may result from a user’s error in protecting his or her login information.
The parties agree to legally equate the customer’s autographic signature to that made by means of any other type of key, code or identifying security element. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Service Provider may require written confirmation from the Customer when deemed necessary.
2. Types of contract
The contracting of a Just4Goals payment plan begins when the user enters the card/paypal data and makes a first payment. No refunds or credits will be made under any circumstances. The limits of each tariff are specified in the “tariffs” section of just4goals.com. If the user exceeds any of the limits of his tariff, he will have to increase the fee.
Just4Goals reserves the right to change the rates unilaterally and at any time, without granting to such change any right of compensation by the users.
3. Payment and access
A valid bank/paypal card is required for payment. Just4Goals will periodically charge you a recurring fee depending on the type of account you have signed up for.
The Service is charged each period in advance and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of the Service, nor will there be refunds in the event that the user does not use the Service during the period of time the account is open. No exceptions will be made in any case.
The customer agrees that it will not be necessary to confirm receipt of the acceptance of the contract when it has been concluded exclusively by electronic communication.
In case the user charges the account level for his volume of documents, his card will not be charged with the new amount until the next billing date. Thereafter, the next billing will be charged to your card for the new amount, unless the account is cancelled.
In the event of non-payment or return of the bill, you will be notified of the default and will automatically lose the ability to access the Service. Data will be deleted within thirty (30) days from the date of default.
No fees include any taxes or duties required by your governmental authorities. User is responsible for payment of any such taxes or duties. You decide who has the right to enter your account in the role you deem appropriate.
4. Modifications to the Service and Plans
Just4Goals reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service at any time and for any reason with or without notice as it sees fit. Just4Goals reserves the right to change monthly fees with 15 days notice. Notice of fee changes will be posted on the Just4Goals website and in writing.
5. Cancellation and termination
You are responsible for the proper termination of your account. You can cancel your account at any time by sending an email to contacto@just4goals.com with the subject “Account Cancellation”. Once your account is cancelled, all your content will be deleted after thirty (30) days. You may cancel your account at any time, but you will be responsible for all charges incurred up to that point, including the full monthly charge for the month in which you discontinue service. Thereafter, you will not be charged. Just4Goals reserves the right to terminate an account or prevent the use of the Software by those who do not comply with these terms of use.
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Just4Goals owns all Intellectual Property rights in any and all protectable components of the Service, including but not limited to the name of the Service, artwork, all software associated with the Service and the user interface elements contained in the Service, many of the individual features and related documentation. The user agrees not to copy, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disguise any facet of the Service that Just4Goals owns. The user also agrees and undertakes not to use robots, spiders, other automated devices, or manual processes to monitor or copy any content of the Service. Just4Goals will not claim any rights to the Intellectual Property of the Content that you upload or provide to the Service. However, by using the Service to submit content, the user agrees that third parties may view and share this content submitted by the user.
7.Terms and Conditions
The user is fully responsible for the access and correct use of Just4Goals subject to the current legislation, whether national or international, as well as the principles of good faith, morality, good customs and public order. And specifically, it acquires the commitment to diligently observe the present General Conditions of Use.
The user agrees not to resell, duplicate, reproduce or exploit any part of the Service without the express written consent of Just4Goals. The user may not use the Service to store, host, or send harmful or unsolicited email (spam).
You understand that the Service may be used for the transmission of your Content, and that during this process, your Content, including invoices, payment notices, and personal messages, may be transferred unencrypted over the Internet. You may not use the service to transmit any viruses, worms, or any other malicious or harmful content.
Just4Goals makes no warranties regarding your ability to use the Service, your satisfaction with the Service, that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, and error-free, the accuracy of mathematical calculations performed by the Service, and the correctness of Service errors.
Neither Just4Goals, its partners, nor its sponsors are liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or any other damages arising out of or in any way connected with the user’s use of the Service. You may only remedy your dissatisfaction with the Service by discontinuing use of the Service and terminating your account.
If any of the conditions described herein are invalidated or unenforceable, the enforceability of any of the remaining conditions shall not in any way be affected.

The Terms of Use establish an absolute understanding between you and Just4Goals with respect to the Service and supersede any prior agreements reached between you and Just4Goals. The Terms, and your relationship with Just4Goals under these Terms, shall be governed by the laws of Spain. You and Just4Goals agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seville to resolve any legal matter in connection with the Terms.
8. Security and privacy
The data that users enter in Just4Goals are hosted on Google servers in the European Union, thus ensuring both the regulations on data hosting and the highest levels of security and accessibility of the market. Just4Goals.com and its employees have access to the account data in order to be able to improve the service as well as to offer a good support service. All Just4Goals employees and partners have signed a confidentiality agreement in compliance with privacy regulations including GDPR.
Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions: If at any point during the first 7 days using Just4Goals you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us at contacto@just4goals.com. We will do our best to find a solution to your needs, and if this is not possible, we will refund your money. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase (provided it is communicated within 7 business days of purchase), and we will delete your account.
Renewal of subscriptions: For your convenience, subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel the subscription. We know that sometimes customers forget to cancel an account they no longer want until they have already been charged. That’s why you can cancel your subscription>monthly/annual, via contacto@just4goals.com, even 7 business days after your renewal date, and we will still process your cancellation and give you a full refund.
Exception to our refund policy: We will not accept refund requests from users whose service has been suspended or terminated by us for non-compliance with our terms and conditions.
